We want our students to have a satisfying learning experience. However, since our courses are digital and instantly accessible, we have certain conditions for refunds.


1. General Policy

  • Refunds are applicable only for paid courses.
  • Free courses are not eligible for any refunds.
  • Once a course is fully accessed or completed, no refund will be issued.

2. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • You request it within 7 days of course purchase.
  • You have not completed more than 20% of the course content.
  • You provide a valid reason for dissatisfaction.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

We will not issue a refund if:

  • You request a refund after 7 days of purchase.
  • You have accessed most of the course content.
  • You simply changed your mind or enrolled by mistake.

5. Processing Time

  • If your refund request is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • The amount will be refunded to your original payment method (as per Razorpay or bank policies).

6. Right to Refuse

Raman Digital Institute reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the above conditions or appear fraudulent or abusive.
