Lesson 3.1: Grammar Basics

Introduction:
A strong foundation in grammar is essential for SSC English sections. This lesson covers fundamental grammar rules, sentence structures, and parts of speech.


1. Parts of Speech

  1. Noun: Names a person, place, thing, or idea

    • Example: Teacher, Delhi, Car

  2. Pronoun: Replaces a noun

    • Example: He, She, They

  3. Verb: Expresses action or state

    • Example: Run, Is, Eat

  4. Adjective: Describes a noun
