In this lesson, you’ll learn how to improve the visual appeal (aesthetics) of your presentation and how to print handouts for your audience.
🎨 Aesthetics of a Presentation

In Google Slides: Theme panel on the right
2. Font and Text Formatting
-
Use easy-to-read fonts like Arial, Calibri, or Verdana.
-
Keep font size 24+ for headings and 18+ for body text.
-
Use bold or color to highlight key words.
3. Color Scheme
-
Use 2–3 primary colors for a clean look.
-
Ensure good contrast between text and background.
-
Use consistent colors for headings, body, and highlights.
4. Images and Icons
-
Use relevant visuals to support your message.
-
Avoid blurry or low-quality images.
-
Tools like https://www.flaticon.com or https://unsplash.com can help.
5. Alignment and Spacing

Align text boxes properly.
-
Leave white space to make slides look clean.
