🆕 1. Creating an Email Account
To use email, you must first create an account with a service provider like Gmail.
✍️ Steps to Create Gmail Account:

Go to www.gmail.com

Click on “Create Account”

Fill in details like Name, Username, Password, Phone number

Verify with OTP (One Time Password)

Set recovery email and agree to terms

Your email ID is now ready (e.g.,
yourname@gmail.com)
📝 2. Sending an Email
Once your account is created, you can send emails to others.
✉️ Steps to Send an Email:

Log in to your email (e.g., Gmail)

Click on “Compose”

In the To field, type recipient’s email address

Type Subject (what the email is about)

Type your message in the body

Click Send
