Lesson 5.4: Master Slide and Slide Show Setup
This lesson teaches you how to create a uniform look for your slides using Master Slide, and how to run your presentation smoothly using Slide Show mode.
🎨 1. What is a Master Slide?
The Master Slide controls the overall design and layout of all slides in your presentation. It saves time by applying the same style (fonts, background, logo) across all slides automatically.

Saves time — no need to format each slide separately

Ideal for logos, headers, footers, and background styles
🛠️ How to Use:

Go to View → Slide Master

Edit fonts, colors, background, layout, etc.

Close Master View when done — changes apply to all slides
🎥 2. Slide Show Setup
Once your slides are ready, you can present them in full screen using Slide Show mode.
▶️ Start Slide Show:

F5 – Starts from the first slide

Shift + F5 – Starts from the current slide

Or go to Slide Show → From Beginning
⏭️ During Slide Show:

Press → / ↓ / Space to go to the next slide

Press ← / ↑ / Backspace to go to the previous slide

Press Esc to exit Slide Show mode
