Lesson 5.2: Inserting Slides and Text
After creating a presentation, the next step is to add slides and insert content like titles, bullet points, and paragraphs.
🧩 1. Inserting New Slides
Steps:

Go to Home tab
-
Click New Slide or press Ctrl + M

Choose a slide layout (Title Slide, Title + Content, Blank, etc.)
You can insert as many slides as needed in your presentation.
🔤 2. Adding Text to Slides

Click inside the text box on the slide

Type your content (title, bullet points, descriptions, etc.)

Press Enter to add new bullet points

Use Shift + Enter for line breaks within a bullet point
📝 You can also insert your own text box:

Go to Insert → Text Box

Click and drag to create it anywhere on the slide
🎨 3. Formatting Text
Use the toolbar to:

Change font size, color, or style (bold, italic, underline)

Align text (left, center, right)

Add bullet points or numbering
📌 Keep text short and clear — use bullet points instead of long paragraphs.
Text is the heart of your presentation. Keep it clean, readable, and to the point.
