Paragraph and document formatting helps improve the overall structure, readability, and appearance of your document. It allows you to control spacing, alignment, layout, and design features in a document.
🧾 1. Paragraph Formatting
Paragraph formatting affects how text blocks (paragraphs) look.
Common options:

Indentation: Add space at the beginning of a paragraph

First-line indent or full paragraph indent

Shortcut: Use ruler or “Increase/Decrease Indent” buttons

Line Spacing: Adjust the space between lines
